PIZZA MASTERCLASSES

Learn how to make an authentic Neapolitan pizza with us!

We have just a few spot left for the Pizza Masterclass that will be hosted by our own former world champ Vincenzo Capuano

Vincenzo was born in  1989, from a young couple, a Housewife and a Pizza-chef, he has grown in a really difficult area near Naples. His childhood wasn’t easy, and he had to start working at a very young age. The art of Pizza has deep roots in his family; it wasn’t just a job but the essence of his own life. All began with his Grandfather, a well-known Pizzaiuolo, named ‘The Red’, who has been training more than 100 pizzaiuoli during her entire career. 

During the class Vincenzo will share with you his secrets, and guide you to make a great Neapolitan pizza dough.

The class will be followed by a three course meal including of course some of our delicious pizza.

As a special offer for our customers the whole night will be just £30 per person (RRP £50).

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

1) Pizza making masterclass covering dough preparation, tips on home baking techniques and best ingredients to use
2) The dough for up to 4 Neapolitan pizza that you will be able to bake at home once it is fully proofed
3) Our recipe
4) A 3 course meal including a starter, a pizza and a dessert from a specially designed menu.
