All of our ingredients are sourced from Southern Italy (especially from the region of Campania around Naples),
all our chefs are trained for years in the art of traditional Neapolitan pizza and cuisine. Each restaurant
has a bespoke wood burning pizza oven which we have brought over from our native Naples
to bring the very best our home city has to offer to the heart of London.
