Following our Neapolitan cuisine celebration, and our beloved lockdown chef's recipes, now that you are most confident with the best our land has to offer, we would like to guide you on a real culinary trip, to discover the most authentic and traditional flavours of Italian cuisine.

We will send you some mouthwatering recipes for you to collect from Rosso's personal collection, with the help of our Executive Chef Gianluca Petrone.

Starting from poor ingredients combined with talent and fanciful, often prepared using few ingredients in creative ways the Neapolitan cuisine has conquered the most refined palates.
