During these unsettling times life as we knew it has temporarily had to slow down, very slow down. We are all coming to terms with the uncertainty of what the future will hold and the worry for our loved ones and those of all the families here in the UK and all over the world. We are all in the same boat. Locked within the four walls of our homes, ordering books we will never read, attempting to learn a language in 6 hours, turning into yoga gurus for a day and in couch potatoes the next. After all, there’s nothing left on Netflix, finished every episode of every series, twice. So we thought we’d come to your (and our own) rescue with a little piece of us every day. As you can all imagine, we have thrown ourselves into cooking with our teams! We are all our own family away from home and our chefs jumped to the chance to create and share recipes for you, our beloved customers and friends. It is true, our restaurants have temporarily closed, but our spirit is alive and well and we want you to be part of it. So in the meantime, while we work hard to navigate guidelines and virus proof our operations to welcome you soon, we have prepared some recipes for you to try at home. Our chefs chose recipes that remind them of their family, of special bonds and of the beloved act of sharing a table with someone. So turn on that fire and get cooking! Here are last week’s recipes!
